Introduction:
Today I’ll be showing you the top 10 best free WordPress themes for 2021. Now I’ll be honest, this blog took me longer to make than I thought. It would be because I spent days testing out various free WordPress themes and I narrowed my list down to 10 themes that I think you’re really gonna like.
Now many of these new WordPress theme companies are just introducing some real new innovating features that you’ve probably never seen before and today I’ll give a brief overview of all the WordPress themes in this video.
So i’ll be judging these themes on a scale from one to ten one being the best obviously and I’m actually rating these themes based off the theme customization and the features so what the theme can actually do not necessarily the templates or the plugins that it comes with now these top 10 WordPress themes are all unique in their own specific way they all offer free starter templates so you can easily import your website with one click they offer various customization features that can help you with specific website needs they are well coded and held by the wordpress.org coding standards to make sure your site is optimized and runs great plus they all work with major page builders like elementor Divi Gutenberg and brizzy now keep in mind a lot of these themes are free but they all come with a pro version so if you do decide to use the free version and you want to upgrade to the pro i will leave discounts and coupons for various WordPress themes in the description below of this video so let’s get started let’s meet number 10. number 10 zakra zakra is a very standard wordpress theme that comes with just enough features to get your website up and running it offers various container styles that you can customize for each specific page zacker offers some simple features like adding a secondary menu and just some different styling options for your header it also comes with some different layouts for woocommerce and also your single products overall zakra is a decent wordpress theme that can get the job done the zacker theme comes with 25 free starter templates for elementor that you can quickly import with one click some of the starter templates even come with up to seven pages which is really cool the pro version offers some more control over the header and more layouts and also access to their entire library of templates which actually are pretty nice number nine zeta zita is one of the few wordpress themes that offer something really unique in the theme customizer zita offers seven different style headers with some options to add buttons or icons to your header a cool feature is having the logo vertical which gives it a really cool creative look you can also assign the transparent menu and have them on specific pages in the free version another cool feature of zeta is you can use a preloader and you can also set an image for that specific preloader you can adjust the page size and the width of each page with data so it works with all major page builders it works great for woocommerce and has various styling options for the product and for the shop pages as well the zeta theme also comes with 25 free starter templates to use at your disposal they also offer starter websites for brizzy personally they are not the best looking but they’re better than nothing number eight oceanwp oceanwp is old school they are actually the second most installed wordpress theme in the wordpress repository the general options are packed with different page layouts different container sizes different styling options for page titles scroll to top buttons and also contact forms that you can customize you can also have different page layouts for each specific page oceanwp options have a lot of customization style options but it does lock a header and a footer builder which is disappointing figuring out how long they’ve been around you can still create a custom header with oceanwp using the elements or page builder but i think you can already do this with the elementor pro version personally i wish they would clean up a lot of the styling options because they’re very scattered throughout the theme customizer and at times the options can be a bit overwhelming with all these customization options oceanwp also offers some starter templates for elementor and gutenberg now i’m not picking on oceanwp but they do have a lot of extensions and i do find these extensions are definitely not worth 30 a piece they should probably combine all these and charge one flat feed to increase enhancements for their wordpress theme plus installing this many plugins on a wordpress website just to make it functional doesn’t really seem optimal for speed still overall it’s a great wordpress theme and i think it has everything you need for a basic wordpress website number seven flux phlox is probably one of the best designed wordpress themes on this list it’s clean the options are really easy to understand and the templates look great what’s unique about the fox theme is the design options you can choose from four different page animations enable preloaders and put your logo as the pre-loaded image as well there is also a progress bar that you can customize and change the colors the fox theme is great for all page builders and offers different page layouts different post layouts and also some different layouts for your woocommerce products the phlox theme offers around 25 free starter templates that just look fantastic and to be honest i think they probably have the best design templates on this entire list of wordpress themes i am presenting what’s also neat about flocks that you get 40 plus new elements on your website while some of these elements feel a little useless they definitely have some really cool and creative elements that you can add on your wordpress websites what i like more about flocks is that their features are very different from a lot of other wordpress themes like the page animations and just the overall style of how they presented the theme customizer but at times i feel the options can be a bit overwhelming and sometimes i cannot even find out what i’m designing still that’s probably a good thing they have a lot of options i reviewed this theme a year ago and it was very glitchy and pretty bad but i noticed they have definitely fixed some of those problems over the year the only drawback is they don’t offer a header and a footer builder which is a big deal breaker but they do offer an extension to use the elementary page builder as its header and footer that’s still a nice feature but i do prefer the theme customizer making the header and footers for me it just feels more natural the pro version of fox is actually one of the best sellers at themeforest but i think that’s mainly due to the nicely designed templates one slight drawback if you are going to use this theme make sure you have good hosting this theme requires a lot of server resources and that’s fine as long as you have good web hosting number six astra everyone knows the astra theme the astra theme is the number one most installed wordpress theme in the wordpress repository the azure theme is best well known for their amazing starter templates the astra theme comes with 100 free starter templates and also more than 250 starter templates in their pro version you can change the page layout for each page and has different styling options for transparent menus on each page personally astra doesn’t offer a lot of features compared to a lot of the other wordpress themes on the list however the astra theme is currently unveiling their new header and footer builder in just a few weeks so if you’re watching this video from a month from now you will have a lot more control with the header and footer very soon i’ll be doing a video on the footer and header builder when they release it i think it’s going to be really good i think most people use the astra theme for the starter templates these guys have done a superb job at making each layout look great and comes with various pages as far as starter templates astro probably offers the most and they look great while the astra theme doesn’t offer as much features as other themes it’s a very reputable theme that is also very lightweight and carries a good reputation i do have a 10 discount for the pro version which gives you access to all their starter templates and to unlock more features within the wordpress theme number five deep the deep theme is one of the newer themes to hit the market this year and man are these developers getting aggressive the deep theme starts out with a setup wizard where you can import six really nice starter websites unlike the other header and footer builders deep has the most advanced header and footer system i have ever seen plus it looks great you can style each specific element with tons of customization features you can also customize the header for each specific device and also have a custom header for your sticky menu the deep theme comes with a few pre-designed headers to make things easier and it also has a horizontal header builder but i did have some trouble with it and it didn’t work for me but since it’s a newer theme just give them a month or two to fix out the bugs besides that the customizer options are really nice the deep theme offers preloaders scroll to top options white labeling and other really neat features that you would usually need to plug in for like smooth scrolling the deep theme allows you to have a full page and container layouts plus what’s also neat is you can customize each of the page sizes for the blog and also for the mobile devices there are other various styling options for your blog you can choose from several different styles for your blog and it also has some really cool sharing layouts for your post pages and oh my lord this theme comes with 50 new elements for your wordpress website all for free which i think is pretty generous i didn’t have time to go through each element but you get the idea plus the customization options for each element is staggering just the icon box alone has 30 different styles to choose from each element has unique styling options so be sure to check those out the only drawback for this theme is that this is a resource hog and you will need a very good web host for it i also did find some minor bugs and minor glitches for this theme like the horizontal menu not working well and some customization features just being a little unresponsive that’s why i ranked it number five but this theme has tons of potential just give them time hey party people real quick i hate to interrupt now i did mention a lot of these wordpress themes require fast and reliable web hosting companies and i highly recommend name hero now the reason why i recommend name hero is because i recorded the performance of 23 different web hosting companies for 90 days and name hero came up as a top three as the fastest and the most reliable web host i’m not just some bs affiliate who recommends random companies so if you are using companies like hostgator ipage or bluehost i highly recommend to switch this week alone my sites are loading at under one second with name hero also over the last 30 days i’ve only had three minutes of downtime with name hero which is really good now compared to its competitors you can see a lot of these other websites like bluehost are taking four seconds to load four seconds six seconds six seconds but with name hero my sights are loading at under one second now if you want to see the test for yourself as proof i’ll leave this video in the description below of this is the theme for you the cosmos wp theme is the newest yet powerful new wordpress theme for gutenberg i’ve ever come across cosmos wp offers a custom header and footer builder that works great you can drag an elements into the header and fully design them with ease plus there are some additional options for the menu like different style borders and box options for your menu you can use this theme for all major page builders and is really quite simple to use cosmos wp gives you tons of customization options over the header elements the footer elements and also offers some neat features like scroll to top and tons of styling options for your websites with the cosmo wp theme you’ll have access to a variety of beautiful demos blocks and pre-made websites for gutenberg and also has some templates for woocommerce stores as well it also comes with their specialty plugin called gutener which also gives you access to their library blocks templates and complete websites that are all for free you can use this theme with elementor and brizzy but i think it’s more suitable for those who solely plan on using gutenberg it’s a real hidden gem i found it’s a newer theme and it’s really underrated so if you are using gutenberg i think this is a great pick for your wordpress websites number three suki i must say this is another hidden gem wordpress theme thuzuki theme comes with a header and footer builder like other various wordpress themes what was unique about suki is that you can actually customize the size of each specific element in the header which i thought was pretty clever plus you can build different headers for various devices suki probably allows the most customization options for the header i’ve ever seen in a wordpress theme the only drawback is if you want to change the colors or at a transparent menu you’ll need to upgrade to the pro version but that’s not necessarily a bad thing the pro version of sookie adds a lot and i think it’s worth your time you will get unlimited elements for the menu a unique woocommerce search ajax elements a mega menu builder and a beautiful preload builder the suki pro version also comes with various blog options and custom hooks so you can insert content anywhere you want within your wordpress websites suki also has dynamic page setting options for the 404 post page and the post archive pages all in the free version suki offers starter templates for elementor and brizzy that are nicely designed and look good and also have starter templates for e-commerce websites as well in fact the pro version for suki does offer some really nice features for woocommerce it offers different product layouts woocommerce optimization and also an off canvas menu for your shop page with i thought which looked really cool i do believe suki is one of the free themes that are actually worth upgrading to the pro version again suki is one of the newer upcoming themes for 2021 and it’s just very underrated so be sure to check this theme out number two neve the neve theme is another overall great wordpress theme the free version comes with a hundred free starter templates and a header and footer builder the header and footer builder is pretty standard and works great you can add elements in the menu and drag them around you can also shrink them and add more elements within a section which is really cool plus they give you some starter templates to help get you inspiration for your header the pro version of eve is even better which gives you access to the header theme builder which allows you to have a different header and footer for each specific page which is really cool neve also comes with 100 free starter templates in total that work with gutenberg elementor brizzy and there are also 10 starter templates for divi and thrive in the pro version the name theme is also very lightweight as it boasts you can score a one hundred percent on tt metrics and google page speed insights which i thought was quite impressive the nave theme is probably one of the most stable wordpress themes on this list it’s well coded and i always find that the themes just seem to work with neve the neve theme is probably one of the best themes for e-commerce in the free version you can change pretty much everything and they have tons of styling options you can change the products per row the products per page and also for the product card there are tons of different various styling options for the layout and also the add to carts you can add a box shadow around all of your products if you want to do that what’s also cool is you can add this feature called advanced reviews which basically shows the people how many times people are reviewing that specific product for the sale banner you can change it to the left or even have a bigger one and then you can also change the alignment for your sale banner as well the single product customization is also very diverse you can change the element orders you can hide any of these elements it adds two different product galleries and there’s just various options for your ecommerce store like a sticky ads of carts or related products button that you can add throughout your single product pages so in short neve can be good for just about any type of wordpress website you are building and the company has a great reputation in the wordpress community the need theme is actually growing in popularity in one year they’ve doubled their active installs from 100k active installs to 200k active installs over a year so you can see why people are using it more and more i do have a 15 discount for the pro version and i’ll leave that in the description below of this video and coming in at number one bloxy the bloxy theme is the most underrated wordpress theme i’ve come across the bloxy theme offers the most features for free themes on this entire list first the theme customizer looks great it categorizes each section to make things easier plus it offers a light scheme and a dark scheme the header and footer options are incredible bloxy offers an amazing built-in theme builder basically you can have a custom header and footer for each specific page you can have a transparent menu and design it for each specific page which a lot of themes don’t offer that you can design your sticky menu that you can fully customize while it’s in its sticky state for each specific page as well you can also add a really cool canvas menu and drag and drop elements that you can fully customize the header options for bloxy are quite impressive and you do get a lot in the free version bloxy also works great for blogs you can pick from five different layouts you can customize each element like changing the size of the featured image changing the size of the heading tag for the title plus you can hide specific elements like content read more excerpt featured image and even the title although i’m not sure why you’d want to do that plus it comes with an option to have a sticky sidebar which is actually what i use on my personal wordpress website now if you’re running an ecommerce store i would highly suggest trying bloxy the bloxy theme has tons of features for your ecommerce website for example on the general section you can change the sale badge type to a square or circle you can actually set the sale badge value to a specific number instead of saying sales so for example instead of saying sale you can put something like 13 or 8 percent you can also design the elements on every single product that you want also for your shop page you have various styles of how you can design it there is shop page type 1 shop page type 2 you can change the column and rows for your ecommerce website you also have options in the cards and you can design and customize every single element within your shop page so it can kind of get the look and feel of whatever you’re trying to accomplish now as far as customization goes for the single product page guys there is a lot you can do there is four different styles of how you can design your product page there’s even a second style of how you can design the product image gallery if you add more images to your product you can change the number of columns you can change the thumbnail spacing the gallery width and there are product elements that you can fully design and customize you can also choose to hide some of them if you don’t want them to show also they have some unique options like a sticky summary and a floating car so for example if i scroll down on the page you will then see i can add more of these products to the cart now i’ve always showed you guys the free options there’s a lot more that they offer in the pro version so if you are running an ecommerce website i highly recommend to take a look at bloxy they have a lot of unique features that a lot of other themes do not have so it is worth checking out the list goes on with this theme there’s a lot more of the theme offers like custom hooks that allows you to insert content anywhere you want within the website and also a new affiliate extension which is geared for affiliate marketing but i’ll let you install the wordpress theme and find out for yourself i do also have a 10 discount code for the pro version in the description below overall bloxy is stable fast and with this many features i really couldn’t find a reason not to use this wordpress theme so go ahead and give it a try so ultimately all 10 of these wordpress themes are solid picks for your websites now trust me i know each of you watching this video might have specific needs for your website so it’ll be up to you to kind of go through each of these themes and just do the wordpress thing you know trial and error see what works out for you and your website i just spent a lot of time with each of these themes so go ahead and try them out now i also wanted to touch base on another wordpress theme that a lot of viewers have been asking me about called cadence the cadence theme was growing in popularity this year and soon promoters started promoting the wordpress theme so i decided to try it for myself at first i liked it but i did notice it was very similar to another wordpress theme in fact very similar the theme looked identical to bloxy the options are all the same they are just rearranged to make it look different the color palettes are identical they even use the same color picker interface in fact they even use the same images from the bloxy theme customizer keep in mind the bloxy theme came out one year before cadence was released and after accusations against cadence basically getting too much inspiration from its competitor bloxy and the developers i took a closer look at both themes and agreed from the developers from bloxy and decided not to promote cadence in the future i also look back at cadence’s past work and noticed none of their products looked any similar to their newest themes and that’s my position on that situation so party people that is my list on the top 10 best free wordpress themes for 2021. i was very surprised when using these themes that i didn’t really explore all the In the verses in Isaiah that refer directly to Lucifer, several times it mentions him falling from the heights or the heavens. The Hebrew word for the heights or heavens used here is Hebrew Strongs 1116: “bamah”–Pronounced (bam-maw’)
In Hebrew, the letter “Waw” or “Vav” is often transliterated as a “U” or “O,” and it is primarily used as a conjunction to join concepts together. So to join in Hebrew poetry the concept of lightning (Baraq) and a high place like heaven or the heights of heaven (Bam-Maw), the letter “U” or “O” would be used. So, Baraq “O” Bam-Maw or Baraq “U” Bam-Maw in Hebrew poetry similar to the style written in Isaiah, would translate literally to “Lightning from the heights.” The word “Satan” in Hebrew is a direct translation, therefore “Satan.”
So when Jesus told His disciples in Luke 10:18 that He beheld Satan fall like lightning from heaven, if this were to be spoken by a Jewish Rabbi today influenced by the poetry in the book of Isaiah, he would say these words in Hebrew–the words of Jesus in Luke 10:18 as, And I saw Satan as Baraq O Bam-Maw.

Why have the word’s of Jesus in His Gospel accounts regarding His death, burial, and resurrection, been translated into over 3,000 languages, and nothing comes close? The same God who formed the heavens and earth that draws all people to Him through His creation, likewise has sent His Word to the ends of the earth so that we may come to personally know Him to be saved in spirit and in truth through His Son Jesus Christ.
Jesus stands alone among the other religions that say to rightly weigh the scales of good and evil and to make sure you have done more good than bad in this life. Is this how we conduct ourselves justly in a court of law? Bearing the image of God, is this how we project this image into reality?
Our good works cannot save us. If we step before a judge, being guilty of a crime, the judge will not judge us by the good that we have done, but rather by the crimes we have committed. If we as fallen humanity, created in God’s image, pose this type of justice, how much more a perfect, righteous, and Holy God?
God has brought down His moral laws through the 10 commandments given to Moses at Mt. Siani. These laws were not given so we may be justified, but rather that we may see the need for a savior. They are the mirror of God’s character of what He has put in each and every one of us, with our conscious bearing witness that we know that it is wrong to steal, lie, dishonor our parents, murder, and so forth.

“He (the false prophet who decieves many by his miracles) causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man: His number is 666.”
Referring to the last generation, this could only be speaking of a cashless society. Why? Revelation 13:17 tells us that we cannot buy or sell unless we receive the mark of the beast. If physical money was still in use, we could buy or sell with one another without receiving the mark. This would contradict scripture that states we need the mark to buy or sell!
These verses could not be referring to something purely spiritual as scripture references two physical locations (our right hand or forehead) stating the mark will be on one “OR” the other. If this mark was purely spiritual, it would indicate only in one place.
This is where it really starts to come together. It is shocking how accurate the Bible is concerning the implatnable RFID microchip. These are notes from a man named Carl Sanders who worked with a team of engineers to help develop this RFID chip
“Carl Sanders sat in seventeen New World Order meetings with heads-of-state officials such as Henry Kissinger and Bob Gates of the C.I.A. to discuss plans on how to bring about this one-world system. These researchers found that the forehead and the back of the hand (the two places the Bible says the mark will go) are not just the most convenient places, but are also the only viable places for rapid, consistent temperature changes in the skin to recharge the lithium battery. The microchip is approximately seven millimeters in length, .75 millimeters in diameter, about the size of a grain of rice. It is capable of storing pages upon pages of information about you. All your general history, work history, crime record, health history, and financial data can be stored on this chip.
Brother Sanders believes that this microchip, which he regretfully helped design, is the “mark” spoken about in Revelation 13:16–18. The original Greek word for “mark” is “charagma,” which means a “scratch or etching.” It is also interesting to note that the number 666 is actually a word in the original Greek. The word is “chi xi stigma,” with the last part, “stigma,” also meaning “to stick or prick.” Carl believes this is referring to a hypodermic needle when they poke into the skin to inject the microchip.”
Mr. Sanders asked a doctor what would happen if the lithium contained within the RFID microchip leaked into the body. The doctor replied by saying a terrible sore would appear in that location. This is what the book of Revelation says:
“And the first (angel) went, and poured out his vial on the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore on the men which had the mark of the beast, and on them which worshipped his image” (Revelation 16:2).

The third angel’s warning in Revelation 14:9-11 states,

So what’s in the name? The meaning of someone’s name can say a lot about a person. God throughout history has given names to people that have a specific meaning tied to their lives. How about the name Barack Obama? Let us take a look at what may be hiding beneath the surface.
Jesus says in Luke 10:18, “…I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.”
The Hebrew Strongs word (H1299) for “lightning”: “bârâq” (baw-rawk)
In Isaiah chapter 14, verse 14, we read about Lucifer (Satan) saying in his heart:
“I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.”
In the verses in Isaiah that refer directly to Lucifer, several times it mentions him falling from the heights or the heavens. The Hebrew word for the heights or heavens used here is Hebrew Strongs 1116: “bamah”–Pronounced (bam-maw’)
In Hebrew, the letter “Waw” or “Vav” is often transliterated as a “U” or “O,” and it is primarily used as a conjunction to join concepts together. So to join in Hebrew poetry the concept of lightning (Baraq) and a high place like heaven or the heights of heaven (Bam-Maw), the letter “U” or “O” would be used. So, Baraq “O” Bam-Maw or Baraq “U” Bam-Maw in Hebrew poetry similar to the style written in Isaiah, would translate literally to “Lightning from the heights.” The word “Satan” in Hebrew is a direct translation, therefore “Satan.”
So when Jesus told His disciples in Luke 10:18 that He beheld Satan fall like lightning from heaven, if this were to be spoken by a Jewish Rabbi today influenced by the poetry in the book of Isaiah, he would say these words in Hebrew–the words of Jesus in Luke 10:18 as, And I saw Satan as Baraq O Bam-Maw.
The names of both of Obama’s daughters are Malia and Natasha. If we were to write those names backward (the devil does things in reverse) we would get “ailam ahsatan”. Now if we remove the letters that spell “Alah” (Allah being the false god of Islam), we get “I am Satan”. Coincidence? I don’t think so.
Obama’s campaign logo when he ran in 2008 was a sun over the horizon in the west, with the landscape as the flag of the United States. In Islam, they have their own messiah that they are waiting for called the 12th Imam, or the Mahdi (the Antichrist of the Bible), and one prophecy concerning this man’s appearance is the sun rising in the west.
“Then I saw another angel flying in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth—to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people— saying with a loud voice, ‘Fear God and give glory to Him, for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.'” (Revelation 14:6-7)
Why have the word’s of Jesus in His Gospel accounts regarding His death, burial, and resurrection, been translated into over 3,000 languages, and nothing comes close? The same God who formed the heavens and earth that draws all people to Him through His creation, likewise has sent His Word to the ends of the earth so that we may come to personally know Him to be saved in spirit and in truth through His Son Jesus Christ.
Jesus stands alone among the other religions that say to rightly weigh the scales of good and evil and to make sure you have done more good than bad in this life. Is this how we conduct ourselves justly in a court of law? Bearing the image of God, is this how we project this image into reality?
Our good works cannot save us. If we step before a judge, being guilty of a crime, the judge will not judge us by the good that we have done, but rather by the crimes we have committed. If we as fallen humanity, created in God’s image, pose this type of justice, how much more a perfect, righteous, and Holy God?
God has brought down His moral laws through the 10 commandments given to Moses at Mt. Siani. These laws were not given so we may be justified, but rather that we may see the need for a savior. They are the mirror of God’s character of what He has put in each and every one of us, with our conscious bearing witness that we know that it is wrong to steal, lie, dishonor our parents, murder, and so forth.
We can try and follow the moral laws of the 10 commandments, but we will never catch up to them to be justified before a Holy God. That same word of the law given to Moses became flesh about 2,000 years ago in the body of Jesus Christ. He came to be our justification by fulfilling the law, living a sinless perfect life that only God could fulfill.
The gap between us and the law can never be reconciled by our own merit, but the arm of Jesus is stretched out by the grace and mercy of God. And if we are to grab on, through faith in Him, He will pull us up being the one to justify us. As in the court of law, if someone steps in and pays our fine, even though we are guilty, the judge can do what is legal and just and let us go free. That is what Jesus did almost 2,000 years ago on the cross. It was a legal transaction being fulfilled in the spiritual realm by the shedding of His blood.
For God takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked (Ezekiel 18:23). This is why in Isaiah chapter 53, where it speaks of the coming Messiah and His soul being a sacrifice for our sins, why it says it pleased God to crush His only begotten Son.
This is because the wrath that we deserve was justified by being poured out upon His Son. If that wrath was poured out on us, we would all perish to hell forever. God created a way of escape by pouring it out on His Son whose soul could not be left in Hades but was raised and seated at the right hand of God in power.
So now when we put on the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 13:14), God no longer sees the person who deserves His wrath, but rather the glorious image of His perfect Son dwelling in us, justifying us as if we received the wrath we deserve, making a way of escape from the curse of death–now being conformed into the image of the heavenly man in a new nature, and no longer in the image of the fallen man Adam.
Now what we must do is repent and put our trust and faith in the savior, confessing and forsaking our sins, and to receive His Holy Spirit that we may be born again (for Jesus says we must be born again to enter the Kingdom of God–John chapter 3). This is not just head knowledge of believing in Jesus, but rather receiving His words, taking them to heart, so that we may truly be transformed into the image of God. Where we no longer live to practice sin, but rather turn from our sins and practice righteousness through faith in Him in obedience to His Word by reading the Bible.
Our works cannot save us, but they can condemn us; it is not that we earn our way into everlasting life, but that we obey our Lord Jesus Christ:
“And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him.” (Hebrews 5:9)
